This notice covers what the Clubree application form collects and what is done with it. Each club's own site has its own privacy notice, written by the club, for its members and visitors.

What the form collects

Exactly what is typed into it: the club's name, the web address it asks for, its sport, a contact name and email address, and, if given, a phone number and a message.

Why, and for how long

To review the application and reply. The contact details are used to send the decision and to ask about the application if something needs asking. The application is then kept as the record of that decision. It is not used for marketing and it is not shared with anyone else.

Who is responsible

Clubree, the operator of this platform, is the controller for this data. To ask about it, or to ask for it to be corrected or removed, reply to any email you receive about your application.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. This page sets no cookies and this site sets none beyond what signing in requires.
